Part of the Thriller Season. Patrick Hamilton’s play was originally made famous by the 1948 Alfred Hitchcock film starring James Stewart.
Hamilton’s exploration of morality and intellectual snobbery sees two university students murder a third, put the body in a chest, and then host a party using the chest as a table. As the evening progresses, the perpetrators increasingly push their ingenuity and morality to the limit, but will any of the guests realise their dark secret?
